“ If you are in Bradford or within a short distance this pizzeria should be on your bucket list. The food is simply outstanding. I last had a pizza like this near Mugello. Vegetarian options Give your taste buds a buds a treat. ”
“ What a gem. Difficult to find as it’s hidden beneath the street in an atmospheric underground arcade. It’s much lighter and more airy than that description suggests though. The arcade has a pub, a pizzeria and a coffee bar, open in the evening. They serve a variety of lovely fresh pizzas, cooked ins pizza oven as you watch. Small but balanced pizza menu and a few wines that work well with them. Soft drinks available too. It’s a small place but has enough tables for a variety of different groups. We just turned up on a Saturday evening asking for a table for 5 and were seated easily. It was comfortably full, but could have taken more diners, I suspect it was the location that prevented it from being overcrowded. Excellent, friendly service. ”

“ Really fabulous gem of a spot. Great food! And even better prices. Awesome atmosphere. We had the caprese salad(5)- big portions! And the calzone tortellini (14) was delish!!! I was avoiding wheat soo i had the salad (5) and the antipasta tray (8) as my main. They brought them together on a lovely plate. ”
“ Exceptional wood-fired delicious Italian Pizza and a wonderful dining experience at "La Caverna" (meaning "The Cave"). This cozy little pizzeria is a rare find. The restaurant is centrally located yet tucked inside Sunbridge Wells. Andy and Emmanuel greeted us and were courteous throughout the serving. The pizza base are hand-stretched out of fresh dough, and are generously topped with fresh tomato, mozzarella cheese and fresh vegetables and herbs. During baking, they obtain a unique earthy flavour from the wooden fire! We ordered individual pizzas and the portions were really generous. For am entree, pizza and drinks for 3, we paid around 34 which is very competitive for the experience we had. Bottom-line, if you wanna break away from stereotype lunch/dinner routine and have an authentic Italian pizza experience, don't miss out trying La Caverna... ”
“ Wow!!! Love it!! It's definitely going to be our 1st place to to for food post to theatre. We went here on a friend's recommendation. They advised to book.....they were right!. We booked for 5.30pm(post Alhambra show) ...within 15 mins then place was full! . Not surprised really...the pizzas we had we fantastic . The menu is small but perfectly formed. We ordered a bottle of red wine, 1 four cheese and 1 Diabolo? Pizza . The wine was superb....pizzas even better. We've been to Florence and had pizza...this equals those. The lovely young lady who served us was quietly spoken and super friendly and polite ....a true credit to this place....I hope she sees this because she deserves to. Definitely coming back! ”
